Platform Policy

Data Governance Statement

How the Autonomous Bot Data Governance and Control Layer protects platform operations.

Core Principle

We do not build AI companies that run without checks and balances. We build AI-powered companies with governed data, controlled automation, human authority, and audit-backed trust.

Governance Flow

Incoming data is evaluated before memory storage, bot action, inter-bot transfer, or external execution. The system checks source reliability, provenance, relevance, freshness, safety, duplication risk, conflict risk, uncertainty, sensitivity, and context cost.

Gap Navigation

Missing, weak, conflicting, stale, sensitive, unsupported, or risky data is routed through gap detection and patch validation. The platform may retain, summarize, isolate, reject, or route data for human review.

Runtime Authorization

Bots may not publish content, send emails, export leads, update product pages, or perform external actions unless runtime authorization permits the action. High-risk actions require human approval.

Audit Evidence

Governance decisions, detected gaps, patch plans, authorization results, and human review actions are recorded in an audit log for review and accountability.

This is an MVP policy draft for launch preparation and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before full public commercialization.
